Rose Syrup Hibiscus Iced Tea

- KitchenAid® K400 Blender
- Two 12-cup nonstick muffin pans
- Citrus zester
- Rubber spatula

Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 2-3 tbsp rose syrup adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Edible rose petals for garnish optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

- Brewing the Tea: In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep the hibiscus tea bags for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
